It has been revealed why four non-bank financial institutions were subject to sanctions by the NBU

In April 2026, the National Bank of Ukraine decided to impose sanctions on four non-bank financial institutions for violating financial monitoring regulations.

This was reported by the NBU’s press service , as reported by "Komersant Ukrainian".

According to the institution, these measures were taken in connection with violations related to the organization and submission of statistical reports.

Penalties

Penalties were imposed on VFS Ukraine LLC, Tormes-Capital LLC, and FC Capital-Dnipro LLC. They were each fined 51,000 hryvnias for violating the rules governing the organization of statistical reporting submitted to the National Bank of Ukraine under special procedures.

PT “Dila Lombard” received a written warning for failing to submit reports to the National Bank within the established deadline.

Previous cases

As a reminder, the NBU previously fined the financial company NovaPay (Nova Poshta Group) 8 million hryvnias for violating legal requirements.
