Attack on a supermarket in Chernihiv: Several Dead and Many Injured

Today, July 26, the enemy struck a supermarket in one of Chernihiv’s neighborhoods with a drone. Unfortunately, the Russian attack claimed the lives of a 23-year-old woman and a 10-year-old girl. Preliminary reports indicate that 20 people were injured, including a 10-year-old boy, according to "Komersant Ukrainian", citing the National Police of Ukraine.
According to the agency, the store, a car repair shop, and several vehicles were damaged.
“A police investigative team and all emergency services are working at the scene. Police bomb disposal experts have preliminarily determined that the Russians attacked the supermarket with a jet-powered drone equipped with a video camera, which indicates a deliberate strike against a civilian facility,” the statement reads.
Police are documenting the aftermath of the enemy attack, recording the damage, and collecting evidence of yet another war crime committed by the Russian occupiers.
