What surprises does the weather have in store for Ukrainians on August 16: the forecasters’ prediction

On Sunday, August 16, dry, sunny, and hot weather will prevail throughout Ukraine. Light cloud cover with no precipitation and light winds is expected across the country. This information comes from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, as reported by "Komersant Ukrainian".

Weather in Ukraine’s Regions

Most regions will experience a day influenced by a dry and warm air mass. Winds are expected to be variable in direction and light—3–8 m/s.

Temperatures: Overnight, air temperatures will range from 11 to 16°.

Daytime temperatures: During the day, temperatures across the country will rise to a scorching 27–32°.

Forecast for Kyiv and the Kyiv Region

In the capital and throughout the Kyiv region, Sunday is also expected to be a clear, dry day with no precipitation. Winds will be variable, 3–8 m/s.

Across the region: nighttime temperatures will range from 11 to 16°, and daytime temperatures will reach 27 to 32°.

In Kyiv: nighttime temperatures will range from 14 to 16°, and daytime temperatures will reach around 30°.
