Frost and rain: weather forecast for 15 October

Today, 15 October, forecasters are predicting frost and rain across most of the country. This was reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Centre, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
Today, Ukraine is expected to have a changeable weather. According to the forecast, the day will be cloudy with brief clearings. Light rains are possible in the northern regions, as well as in the western, eastern and Vinnytsia regions. The rest of the country will be without significant precipitation.
West wind with a shift to the north, 5-10 m/s.
Temperatures will drop significantly: at night, it is forecast to be 3 to 8 degrees Celsius, and during the day – 7 to 12 degrees. In the southern and eastern regions, it will be warmer, with temperatures reaching 12-17 degrees during the day.
In the highlands of the Carpathians, there will be light wet snow; temperatures will be around 0° at night and during the day.
