425 UAH: the director of the location was fined for two Serdyuchka songs in Russian

The director of Osokor Residence LLC was fined for performing two songs in Russian at a concert organized by Verka Serdyuchka. This is stated in the ruling of the Boryspil City District Court of Kyiv Region, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
“On June 13, 2025, at about 20:30, in the Hnidyn village council at 44 Svyatyschenska St, pERSON_1, director of Osokor Residence LLC, violated the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on the Share of Songs in the State Language in Music Radio Programs and Radio Broadcasts and the Prohibition of Reproduction of Musical Products Originating from the Aggressor State” of 19.06.2022 No. 7273, namely, during a concert of Russian-language music, Ukrainian singer PERSON_2 (stage name Verka Serdyuchko) performed about two songs in Russian,”
– the ruling reads.
The case was considered by Judge Olena Shevchenko on July 11, 2025. The defendant did not appear at the court hearing, despite being duly notified. The court considered the case in his absence.

The court examined a number of evidence, including a certificate from the ARMOR database, screenshots from the phone, and a disk with video recordings.
The court found the director of Osokor Residence LLC guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 185-1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding meetings, rallies, street marches and demonstrations).
The organizer of the event, the director of Osokor Residence LLC, was brought to administrative responsibility and fined UAH 425 for violating the language law. He also has to pay UAH 605.60 in court fees.
