650 new jobs: The government has approved the creation of two industrial parks

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the inclusion of two industrial parks (IPs)—”Medzhybizh Invest Park” (Khmelnytskyi Oblast) and “BIOINDAST PARK” (Odesa region)—to the Register of Industrial Parks, according to the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, as reported by "Komersant Ukrainian".
“The implementation of these projects will contribute to the development of regional economic potential and the creation of about 650 new jobs,” the ministry’s website states.
The “Medzhybizh Invest Park” industrial park, covering an area of 13.0055 hectares, is located within the Medzhybizh settlement community in the Khmelnytskyi district of the Khmelnytskyi region.
The concept involves the creation of a universal industrial site focused on the production of construction materials, the food industry, as well as the processing and storage of agricultural products. Planned investments amount to approximately 350 million UAH.

According to a Facebook post by the Medzhybizh Settlement Council, in October 2025, it selected Podillya Invest Management LLC, a company specializing in real estate management, as the park’s management company.

The “BIOINDUSTPARK” industrial park, covering an area of more than 11.51 hectares, will be developed within the territory of the Zelenogorsk village territorial community in the Podilskyi district of the Odesa region. The project plans to develop enterprises in the food industry, agricultural processing, machine building, and packaging materials production.
The initiator plans to invest approximately UAH 185 million, with additional private financing and funds from participants.
According to information on the Zelenogorsk community’s website, the park is being created on the site of the former Zaplazhsky Sugar Plant.
“Both parks will be developed according to the principles of the circular economy, utilizing modern technologies and environmentally friendly production solutions,” the Ministry of Economy noted in its post.
Currently, there are 116 facilities listed in the Register of Industrial Parks. As of the end of 2025, 37 industrial enterprises had been built or were under construction in industrial parks.
