Amazon will open for Ukraine: when will delivery start?

“Ukrposhta is preparing an agreement with the US Postal Service to open Amazon to Ukraine. This is what was announcedigor Smelyansky, CEO of the national postal operator, in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to him, Ukrposhta expects to agree with the USPS on the delivery of small parcels by 1 January and is working to finalise an agreement on larger deliveries. In addition, after the agreement is signed, all the major marketplaces that are currently unavailable will appear in Ukraine.
“I would like this agreement to be in place in 2025. Ideally, of course, it would be good to conclude this agreement in November so that we could be technologically prepared. So we have such plans, and we are working in this direction. But, as in any negotiation, the final point will be made and the deadline for signing the document will be determined,” Smelyansky said.
International shipments are currently experiencing delays in delivery through Poland, so Ukrposhta has redirected parcel flows through the UK. Goods from Amazon will be delivered to London and will be in Ukraine in a day.
