19 July 09:16

On the night of Saturday, July 19, Ukrainian drones struck an oil depot in Mikhailovsk, Stavropol Krai, Russia. A fire broke out at the facility. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", citing DW.

This is the third attack on the oil depot in Mikhailovsk in the past few weeks.

Eyewitnesses posted footage from Stavropol showing a plume of smoke following the nighttime attack.

Vladimir Vladimirov, governor of the Stavropol Krai, confirmed the drone attack, noting that “two fires were reported in the industrial zone of the village of Vyazniki in the Shpakovsky District.”

He also announced the declaration of a local-level state of emergency.

Just in early July, Ukrainian forces carried out several long-range strikes on Russian oil depots in Stavropol and Tver, 500 kilometers from the front line.
