First to Vienna, then across the country: “Nova Poshta” will deliver parcels to parcel lockers in Austria

“Nova Poshta” is launching parcel delivery to Austria’s largest network of myflexbox parcel lockers using its own fleet of vehicles. This was reported by Nova Poshta’s press service, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
Initially, deliveries will be made to Vienna, and later throughout the country.
According to the company, Ukrainians can receive parcels weighing up to 30 kg through one of over 200 parcel lockers in Vienna.
The automated service points are available 24/7 and are located at gas stations, near or inside shopping centers and stores, at train stations, in residential complexes, and elsewhere.
“By the end of the year, Nova Post delivery will be available at over 550 partner parcel lockers, including in the cities of Graz, Linz, Salzburg, and Innsbruck. And customers will be able to not only receive shipments but also send them,” said Vladislav Marunkov, CEO of Nova Post in Austria.
Nova Post added that the partnership between the two companies is part of the development of urban logistics in Europe, where open platforms that bring together different operators play a key role. This approach ensures convenience for users, promotes sustainable urban development, and sets new standards for delivery quality.

Network in European Countries
Earlier, Nova Post reported that the company is also investing over 6 million crowns (approximately $287,700) in the development of its own logistics system in the Czech Republic.
Currently, the Nova Post network in the Czech Republic comprises 22 branches in 15 cities and over 6,500 partner pickup points across the country. The company also has its own customs warehouse, which serves as a regional logistics hub.
In addition, is expanding its delivery network in the Netherlands. There are currently nearly 1,400 parcel pickup points there. The company plans to expand the delivery network to include over 1,700 parcel lockers and pickup points for customers nationwide.
“In addition, the company has been seeking partners to open mini-branches in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Breda, and Eindhoven,” said Anton Chernysh, CEO of Nova Post in the Netherlands.
He separately noted that in 2026, the company plans to focus on expanding its presence in countries where the network is already operational.
“Among the main development plans for 2026 are the opening of 2,000 branches and the installation of new parcel lockers, as well as the automation of sorting hubs.”
Currently, Nova Post Europe operates in 16 European countries.
How large is Nova Poshta’s network in Ukraine
Nova Poshta remains the largest express delivery operator in Ukraine. By 2025, the NOVA network had grown to over 50,000 service points.
The company’s financial indicators also reflect the growth of its business. According to official results for 2025, Nova Poshta generated over 54 billion UAH in revenue, which is 21% more than the previous year, and the company’s profit amounted to 2.6 billion UAH. The number of parcels and shipments delivered rose to 522 million, and international shipments reached 29 million.
