Ukraine exported 2.6 million metric tons of grain during the first month of the new season

During the first month of the 2026/2027 marketing year, as of July 31, Ukraine exported 2.6 million metric tons of grains and legumes.

According to "Komersant Ukrainian", this was reported by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, citing data from the State Customs Service.

It is noted that since the start of the current marketing year, Ukraine has exported 1.05 million metric tons of wheat (compared to 744,000 metric tons last year) and 294,000 metric tons of barley (compared to 267,000 metric tons last year).

Additionally, 1.24 million metric tons of corn were exported, whereas only 627,000 metric tons were shipped by the same date last year. At the same time, no rye exports had taken place as of this period.

It is also reported that only 1,800 metric tons of flour were exported during the first month of the 2026/2027 marketing year, which is half as much as during the same period of the previous marketing year.
