Government allows pensioners from TOT, IDPs and Ukrainians abroad to receive pensions not only from Oshchadbank

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has expanded the possibilities for receiving pensions for internally displaced persons (IDPs), citizens who are in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) or abroad. From now on, pensions can be received in any authorized bank, not just through Oschadbank.
This was reported by the Ministry of Social Policy, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
Key changes:
- Pensions can be received at any bank that has the appropriate authorization, as well as through Ukrposhta or home delivery.
- You can change the bank: in person at the Pension Fund, online through the web portal or by submitting an application to a new bank.
For pensioners from TOT and those abroad:
- Every year by December 31, you need to undergo physical identification.
- At least once every six months, you should use the bank card of your pension account.
- It is mandatory to submit an application to the Pension Fund of Ukraine stating that you do not receive a pension from the Russian Federation.

Earlier, the government also allowed Ukrainians to count insurance experience gained abroad for the purpose of receiving an old-age pension, subject to documentary evidence.
