The High Qualification Commission of Judges Appointed 16 Judges Before the EU Deadline: Will This Be Enough for Ukraine to Receive €300 Million?

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed 16 judges to the High Anti-Corruption Court and the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court.

The relevant decrees were published on the website of the Office of the President, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"

This was a necessary condition to prevent the loss of more than 250 million euros in aid from the European Union.

The following individuals have been appointed to the High Anti-Corruption Court: Viktor Antypenko, Oksana Hutsal, Yevhen Didenko, Oleksandr Dudchenko, Vitaliy Koryagin, Vladyslav Kukhta, Mykola Pika, Lesya Skreklya, Iryna Teslenko, Oleg Khamkhodera, and Marta-Maria Yatsinina.

The following have been appointed to the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court: Natalia Doroshenko, Mykola Rubashchenko, Inna Smal, Olena Tanasevych, and Ihor Chaikin.

The expansion of the VAKS and VAKS Administrative Office staff is not yet complete.

The president has also appointed judges at the local level.

Kateryna Oleksandrivna Kotelva has been appointed to the position of judge of the Halytskyi District Court of Lviv.

Volodymyr Mykhailovych Kolomiets has been appointed as a judge of the Brovary City and District Court in Kyiv Oblast.

Yelyzaveta Volodymyrivna Lukyanenko has been appointed as a judge of the Osnovyanskyi District Court of Kharkiv.

Tetyana Mykolayivna Brus was appointed to the position of judge of the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeals.

Ivan Hryhorovych Yasinovskyi was appointed by presidential decree to the position of judge of the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal.

Maksym Petrovych Khodakivskyi has been appointed to the position of judge of the Soborny District Court of Dnipro.

Olena Vasylivna Prachuk has been appointed to the position of judge of the Chernihiv Court of Appeals.

Stanislav Anatoliyovych Kyrychko has been appointed to the position of judge of the Chernihiv Court of Appeals.

Olga Viktorivna Umankska to the position of judge of the Mykolaiv Court of Appeals.

Oleksandr Serhiiovych Rubli for the position of judge of the Zakarpattia Court of Appeals.

Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Lebezhenko for the position of judge of the Chernihiv Court of Appeals.

Viktoria Valeriivna Sova for the position of judge of the Transcarpathian Court of Appeals.

Yuriy Viktorovich Tsyukal to the position of judge of the Kyiv Commercial Court.
