20 carriers have lost access to the Shlyakh system: why they were disconnected

Twenty carriers were disconnected from the Shlyakh system for systematic violation of the rules for crossing the state border by persons liable for military service. In total, 279 carriers whose drivers have not returned to Ukraine have already been removed from the system. This was reported by the press service of Ukrtransbezpeka, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to the State Border Guard Service, these carriers were involved in organizing channels for smuggling men of military age across the state border during the period of martial law.
“Drivers of these companies and individual entrepreneurs did not return to Ukraine within 60 days, which violated the established rules for crossing the state border,” Ukrtransbezpeka said.
Reportedly, Ukrtransbezpeka was disconnected from the Unified Information Systems Complex for three months:
- FOP Chumak Natalia Petrovna;
- FOP Udovenko Tetiana Mykolaivna;
- Oleh Andriyovych Huzarevych, a private entrepreneur;
- Vadym Valeriyovych Yakovenko, a private entrepreneur;
- FOP Dan Mikhail Nutsovich;
- Yuriy Ivanovych Holovko, individual entrepreneur;
- Viktoriia Boleslavivna Selitbovska, individual entrepreneur;
- Individual entrepreneur Stella Yurievna Tsille;
- Oleh Kashchyshynn, individual entrepreneur;
- Individual entrepreneur Daria Ihorivna Medved;
- Kostin Dmytro Andriyovych, individual entrepreneur;
- Regina Viktorivna Romanenko, individual entrepreneur;
- Rostyslav Viacheslavovych Tretiak, individual entrepreneur;
- Private entrepreneur Viktor Palyga;
- Batin Oleksandr Bohdanovych, individual entrepreneur;
- Maria Andriivna Kolodyazhna, individual entrepreneur;
- Oleksandr Mykolaiovych Holubnych, individual entrepreneur;
- Yevhen Smirnov, individual entrepreneur;
- Volodymyr Ruslanovych Beremesh, individual entrepreneur;
- Aikhal LLC.
In addition, dozens of other cases of abuse of data entry into the UCCIS were submitted to the Commission. The decision on each case will be made after verification of the information.
It should be noted that carriers began to be disconnected from the Shlyakh system for transporting people liable for military service abroad in October last year. The first 27 companies and individual entrepreneurs were excluded.
In total, Ukrtransbezpeka has disconnected 279 carriers from the system for such violations.
