The nine-story “Europa” hotel complex in the center of Kropyvnytskyi, Kirovohrad Oblast, is up for sale. The property is listed at $2.25 million. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", citing Inventure.
The “Europa” hotel complex, located in the central part of Kropyvnytskyi at 13/16 Velyka Perspektyvna Street, is up for sale.
The property has nine floors, 96 rooms, and a total area of 7,678 m².
The asking price is $2,250,000. The land plot under the property covers 0.363 hectares.
Key features of the “Europa” Hotel
The hotel complex was built in 1992. Reinforced concrete structures, silicate brick, and natural stone were used during construction.
The total area of the property is 7,678 m², and the usable area is 5,519 m².
In 2021, the building underwent a partial renovation. Specifically, the water supply and heating systems were updated, fire protection and video surveillance systems were installed, card access and IP telephony were implemented, and some windows and doors were replaced, while the guest rooms were modernized.







Land Plot and Utilities
The 0.36-hectare land plot is leased for 49 years—until October 21, 2053. Its designated use is for the construction and maintenance of commercial buildings. The land lease cost is 42,300 UAH per month.
The facility’s engineering infrastructure includes:
- an autonomous Buderus gas heating system with a capacity of 733 kW;
- central water supply with its own pumping station;
- municipal sewerage;
- Category II power supply via two transformers and a separate feed-in.
