No snow or rain: weather forecast for December 31

on December 31, Ukraine will experience relatively calm weather at the end of the year. Cloudy weather is forecast throughout the country, with no significant precipitation expected during the day. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ukrainian Weather Center.

However, some regions may experience reduced visibility due to fog. At night and early in the morning, there will be fog in the western and southern regions.

During the day, the westerly wind of moderate speed of 7-12 m/s will prevail.

At night, depending on the region, the temperature will range from 2° above zero to 3° below zero. During the day, temperatures are expected to range from 0° to 5° above zero in most regions. In the southern regions, Crimea and the Carpathian region, the temperature will rise to 7-12° above zero.
