Russia struck “Nova Poshta” in Haisyn and the Dnipropetrovsk region: what customers need to know

Over the past 24 hours, Russian occupation forces have launched strikes against Ukraine’s civilian logistics infrastructure. As a result of the attacks, a “Nova Poshta” branch in the Vinnytsia region was damaged, and a sorting terminal in the Dnipropetrovsk region was completely destroyed.
This was reported by Nova Poshta and the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Natalia Zabolotna, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
People were injured in the Vinnytsia region
According to the head of the regional military administration, the number of casualties rose to eight following the strike on the “Nova Poshta” branch in the Vinnytsia region.
Three people are in intensive care, one of whom is in serious condition. Another five sustained minor injuries.
The company clarified that Nova Poshta Branch No. 1 in Haisyn was damaged due to a fire that broke out after the strike on neighboring warehouse facilities.
It is also reported that two company employees were injured, but their lives are not in danger.
Sorting terminal destroyed in Dnipropetrovsk region
In addition to the strike on Vinnytsia Oblast, Russian troops destroyed a “Nova Poshta” sorting terminal in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
At the time of the attack, staff were in shelters, so there were no casualties among employees.
The company noted that efforts are underway to clean up the aftermath of the shelling and assess the damaged shipments.

“Nova Poshta” announced that it will compensate customers for the declared value of all shipments destroyed as a result of the Russian attack.
The company has also activated backup logistics routes to minimize potential delivery delays.

Despite yet another attack on civilian infrastructure, Nova Poshta has stated that it continues to operate as usual.
