Judging by the apocalyptic footage from “local correspondents,” a thick cloud of smoke will soon engulf the city. There are reports of fires and the destruction of warehouse facilities.

The footage also captures an “unknown drone” flying overhead.

In addition to Elektrostal, an oil depot in Noginsk, near Moscow, was also targeted. It is a Class IIIa oil depot with 24 tanks and a total storage capacity of 11,500 m³.

However, the Noginsk Fuel Equipment Plant is also located there, so the details are still being clarified.

As a reminder, on the night of July 16, drones attacked the Russian city of Engels—a fire broke out following a series of explosions near the local airport.
