“Reserve” may be down for a few days—here’s what you need to do right now

The “Reserve” app may be temporarily unavailable from July 18 through July 22 due to technical maintenance. The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has warned users about possible service disruptions and recommended that they ensure they have their military registration documents available in offline format in advance.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
When “Reserve” May Experience Service Interruptions
According to the Ministry of Defense, technical work will take place from July 18 to July 22.
Most of the updates are scheduled to take place at night, but users may experience temporary unavailability of the app at other times as well.
Once the work is complete, all services will resume normal operation.

What Users Are Advised to Do
The Ministry of Defense recommends that users not wait for the technical work to begin and save their documents in advance.
To do this, you need to:
- open the “Reserve” app;
- on the home screen, tap the “ ” button;
- select “Download PDF”;
- save the document to your phone;
- if possible, print it out and keep it with you.
It’s also a good idea to have your physical military registration document with you, if you’ve already obtained one.
Why This Is Important
If the service is temporarily unavailable, users may not be able to quickly open their electronic military registration document or use certain features of the app.
That is why the Ministry of Defense recommends preparing a PDF copy in advance so that, if necessary, you can verify your military registration information even without access to the service.

- view your military registration data;
- update your information;
- obtain an electronic military registration document;
- use digital services related to military registration.
