About Rozetka

Rozetka is one of Ukraine’s largest online retailers, operating since 2005. The company has hundreds of pickup points across the country and is expanding its presence abroad, particularly in Poland.

The business is controlled through the Cypriot company Temania Enterprises Ltd, whose beneficiaries are Iryna, Vladyslav, and Davyd Chechotkin.

Rozetka also ranks among the most visited Ukrainian online stores and marketplaces every year, sometimes outpacing its closest competitors by a factor of six to seven (specifically, in “Appliances and Electronics” sales, according to the 2025 “RetailersUA” study).

As reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development approved a €25 million long-term loan for the Rozetka corporate group this year. This applies to companies located in Ukraine and Poland.
